A shutter panel is made up of multiple components.
Stile-
The shutter stiles are the upright, vertical section of panels;
Top rail-
Horizontal bar at the top of a shutter panel;
Bottom-rail
The horizontal bar at the bottom of the panel which gives it form, structure and stabitity;
Mid rail-
If the shutter panel's high exceeds 1.5 meters, needs to add a bar, means mid rail;
Blades-

Tilt rod-
There are generally 4 types of tilt rod, centre tilt rod, offset tilt rod, clearview tilt rod and concealed tilt rod;
Frame-

Hinge-
Although small in size, choosing the right hinges for your shutters can make a big difference to the finished article;
Magnets-
