Our factory Chinese New Year holiday about 15 days. Because our factory located in North of China, there is rich labor cost here ,so our the workers are from our local . They back home every day for lunch and rest . For all live around the factory, so the workers are very stable.
And our holiday doesn't take too long. After the holiday, our workers will return to their posts soon.
